The Best Way To Handle Negativity To Your Brand. Hmm...

After launching a pro-gay commercial campaign a few weeks ago, the Honey Maid cracker company received a lot of negative backlash from small-minded, conservative shmucks in the US. BUT Instead of reacting to the negative comments with more negativity, the company decided to make something positive out of the tweets and emails.
