Rad Typographic Flags. Hmm...

Flagsters is a new exhibit by Russian artist Kirill Zaytsev. He uses national stereotypes to create typographic flags of those countries. Simple. Great. Probably soon copied by an ad agency.

Skittles Wants Us To Sweat The Rainbow. Hmm...

Not their best. Not bad though.

The Answer To The Age-Old Question, Will It Waffle? Hmm...

The blog and the recipes are here. Enjoy.

A Great Place To Waste Time On The Net. Hmm...

Check out this rad, new website by photographer Christopher Molone in which he mashes existing cityscapes with the cult film scenes that were filmed there . Via mymodernmet

Foster The LEGO People. Hmm...

Folks, here's how to make an awesome song even better.

Looks Like Mapping, But It's Human Powered. Hmm...

Kanye West's Workout Video For The Ladies. Hmm...

Love him or hate him, at least he's not boring.

The 21 Musical Swings Installation. Hmm...

This is potentially a very rad installation. 21 swings in a row. As each swing moves, it triggers a sensor which plays an individual music note. The idea being that when synchronized together in rhythm, the swings create amazing music for everyone nearby to enjoy. Not sure they've achieved that entirely, but I do like how the seats light up at night. That shit's pretty awesome. It would have been amazing to have each swing set set up as a different instrument. One for drums, guitar, synth etc... Just a thought to create an actual song with different melodies and tempos, instead of a repetitive strummed one. Maybe next year Montreal, ey?
