Get this. The entire Stellenbosch area in Cape Town is set to get free Wi-Fi internet access from as early as this Friday (24 February). It comes with 500MB of free data to use per day and the bragging rights to join the 1st World and spend all day on 9gag or somewhere else that's silly and awesome at the same time.
