This is one of the finest films of the past few years. Its title sequence is just a taste of the awesomeness you need to see if you haven't already.

Today, the world's biggest sites went dark to demonstrate against the bullshit that is SOPA. I never want to see this shit again. Ever. Leave 1984 a book and nothing more.

As you probably know, a few days ago world-renowned wingsuit flyer Jeb “The Birdman” Corliss survived a harrowing, 200-foot near-freefall after BASE jumping off Cape Town’s Table Mountain. Here's the first video footage of it happening. He's currently in hospital with two broken legs. Lucky bugger if you ask me.

Madeline Schichtel spent 2011 collecting little bits of each day on camera. She then whittled each clip down to just over a second, and edited them into an awesome vid set to LCD Soundsystem's “All My Friends." High 5 Madeline.

This was, by far, one of my top 10 vids from last year. Now it's apparently being made into an animated TV series. Not sure when it's coming out though, so in the meantime, you can pick up the brand new Honey Badger Don’t Care book or one of two new Honey Badger iPhone apps to tide you over while you wait. Gotta love this Planet sometimes.

Bizarre doesn't even begin to describe this short film about Munch's most famous work, The Scream. Don't get me wrong, it's beautifully brought to life and the portrayal of the protagonist as the female lead singer on Pink Floyd's Great Gig In The Sky is bordering on genius... it's just so flippen weird, especially if you watch it at 6am.
