The Olympics are supposed to be about taking part, about competition and every athlete should be celebrated just for getting this far. At least that's what Pierre de Coubertin, Father of the Modern Olympic Games, would have us all believe. The truth is, no one gives a shit if you don't win a medal. It's sad but true. That now. Take a look at The London Underdogs Project - a rather fun way to garner support for those "special" athletes who try hard, dream big and have no hope in hell of winning anything. They have names you don't know, they're from countries you've never heard of and besides their mums, no one is cheering for them. You can make a difference. Find one or two of them on the London Underdogs site, send them one of these nifty banners and make their day. Go on. Every underdog deserves its day.
