Florence + The Machine Epically Meets Snow White And The Huntsman. Hmm...

In Brazil You Can Actually Rock Out With Your Cock Out. Hmm...

Really, Mitt Romney? You Idiot. Hmm...

So here's a screenshot of Republican Presidential Candidate and Mormon Mitt Romney's new smartphone app... Smacks of that Bush idiot from a few years back, no? Just putting that out there America. So please do the world a favour - vote wisely. Heck, vote for the guy who can, at the very least, spell "America." Fuck's sake.

VW's New "See Film Differently" Campaign. Hmm...

So here's how some of the greatest lines in cinema history came to be. According to VW at least. I like the Silence Of The Lambs one. Jaws? Meh. too contrived. Taxi Driver's pretty cool. All in all, they can be better, but they still have merit.

A Short Film Made Of Instagram. Hmm...

I expect a ton of these to start coming out now. What a rad idea.

Ever Wonder What's In A F1 Car? Hmm...

A Clever Way To Disguise Your Ugly Router. Hmm...

Simple, eh? Though I'd have cut through the centre section of the pages instead of just yanking them all out. That way you can fit the router snug in the middle and it'd still look like a book from the sides. Yes? Use it, don't use it.

Twitter Meets Nike's FuelBand. Hmm...

How do you know if your tweets are getting a good, uh, workout? You look at your retweets, mentions and follows right? Well, what about charting their progress with, say, a Nike+ FuelBand? That's the thinking behind Stinkdigital's Tweetfuel. It reacts every time there is activity on its Twitter account. Whenever somebody retweets, follows or mentions them, a customized motorized kit spins the band and voila, it charts their activity on Twitter. Clever peeps those Stinkers.

Google StreetView Road Trip. Hmm...

Five continents, four seasons, at supersonic speeds.

Rub Some Bacon On It. Hmm...

I see I'm not the only one who thinks bacon can solve the world's problems.

Turn Anything Into A Touch Pad. Hmm...

MaKey MaKey is a simple and ingenious device that can transform nearly any physical object, even bananas, into a touch pad to execute commands on your keyboard. So far they've created musical instruments and even game controllers out of everyday objects. The rad part is it's a KickStarter project. Check it out and donate if you think they're awesome. Heck, you may even get that banana piano you've always wanted.

The Difference Between 29 & 31. Hmm...

I'm 33. Fuck.

Truth On A Wall Near The Goodman Gallery. Hmm...

If you don't know about the infamous Spear painting at The Goodman Gallery portraying SA president Jacob Zuma in a Marxist stance with his knob out, you're pretty friggen lucky. It's all become a little too insane for my liking. I mean an entire govt turning all its energies on an art gallery, in a country of free speech no less, can only be described as insane. So now people are marching on the gallery for a second time, even after some creeps snuck in to deface the painting a few days ago... You'd think the government would be more outraged at, oh I dunno, our disgustingly high poverty and crime rates or at the sickening police corruption stats, maybe even the poor conditions of govt hospitals and schools and perhaps put their efforts into actually solving those problems and helping the people of this amazing country we all share. I guess marching on art and grabbing headlines away from real issues is easier.

UPDATE:
Apparently this is the window of The Goodman Gallery right now. Fitting.

Beckham Plays Beethoven's Ode To Joy. Hmm...

More like Oy To Vey. All those quick cuts suggest Beckham didn't even come close to accomplishing this in real-time. Not surprising since he probably can't pronounce "Beethoven." Or "ode" for that matter. Or "to." Still, the vid's got close to 2 million hits. Way to use borrowed interest, Samsung.

Here's How You Promote A Digital Radio Station. Hmm...

Oh those clever Coke guys

The Amsterdam Peeing Challenge. Hmm...

An idea borrowed right out of Malcolm Gladwell's The Tipping Point, but a good idea nonetheless. Oh those dirty Dutch.

A Most Manly Docking Station. Hmm...

They're made from real flippen exhaust manifolds and they sound incredible, apparently. The only manlier iPod/iPhone dock would have to be made directly out of a grizzly bear or something. Check out more here at IXOOST. My birthday's Nov 5. Thanks.

Even Sponges Need Ad Campaigns. Hmm...

And now they're just soaking up the competition, right? What? If they can do a sponge ad I can throw in a pun or two.

Bet Your Proposal Sucks Compared To This One. Hmm...

Sir David Attenborough And A Tortoise Sex Tape. Hmm...

Funny stuff. Though a Cameron Diaz sex tape with a tortoise may have proven even funnier, no? Next time, Norton. Next time.

Can Robots Inspire Us To Be Better Humans? Hmm...

Ken Goldberg is an inventor working at the intersection of art, robotics, and social media. At UC Berkeley, Ken teaches and supervises research in Robotics, Automation, and New Media. In other words, he lives, breathes and delivers awesomeness on a daily basis, especially here during his TED Talk.

The Very First Jozi Craft Beer Fest. Hmm...

You'll hear a lot of hate about yesterday's Jozi Craft Beer Festival. About how they were turning people away at the gate. How the lines were too long... The fact that the fest sold out the day before may, I dunno, have something to do with it. Why people would still show up to an event when they know there were no tickets left is beyond the realm of retard. That fact is, I had a great time as did tons of others. I will admit the lines were too long for pretty much everything. It happens. They'll fix it for next year's fest. But you know what, it was all worth the wait. The beer was awesome. As was the food and company. So many familiar faces. Some with babies (which was weird) All smiling by the way. So many beers to choose from. So what if you had to wait 10 minutes in the glorious Winter Jozi sun? Not like you had a meeting to go to. Beer of the day, by far, was Devil's Peak IPA. Deflippenlicious! If you have the opportunity to taste it, bring along a giant mug or two. You will not be disappointed. And to all of you out there who didn't attend yesterday, next year maybe buy your tickets on time, eh? Excellent.

How Rad Would It Be To Win This? Hmm...

Tweets From God. Hmm...

Freelance San Francisco-based art director Marcus Brown and his funny buddy Nick Kaplan (writer at W+K NY) just launched a site called Tweets from God where you can send people anonymous tweets from some guy named God. Apparently if you get a tweet telling you to stop touching yourself, it's not from them.

Andy Samberg's Speech At Harvard. Hmm...

A great speech filled with the learnings of Nicholas Cage, Mark Zuckerberg, and Marky Mark. Wiser words may never have been spoken at Harvard. Well, maybe when Conan did his speech a few years back. Will Ferrel too. Oh and Sacha Baron Cohen. Big shoes to fill Andy. You did good, kid.

Budweiser Brazil, Anderson Silva & Steven Segal. Hmm...

Damn. Steven Segal got fat.

Best Boxing Gym Ad In The Universe. Hmm...

I'm sure the pasty white dudes at Eric Kelly's Church Street Gym in NYC will want to hit something after watching this vid. And it's probably gonna be Eric Kelly. And Eric Kelly will probably destroy them. If not with his fists, then with Eric Kelly's foul-ass mouth. Awesome.

WTF Of The Day. Hmm...

His name is Pat Cahill. He works for BBC Three. He's just plain bonkers.
