Dutch airline KLM illustrated its around-the-clock social media engagement with a 'living alphabet' of employees who answered online queries using letter boards. KLM's social media policy is to answer every tweet and post in person, 'within the hour', 'day and night' and for 12 hours the airline replaced normal Facebook and Twitter typed responses with a team of 500 volunteer KLM crew members who answered by running around and assembling the answer live before your eyes.

Crispin Porter + Bogusky just launched a new free iPhone and iPad app for Jell-O called Jiggle-It. The app features a customizable JELL-O cube that not only moves like actual gelatin, but it will detect any iTunes music you play and dance to the rhythm. Ha ha! Silly. But awesome!
