Ello London, Wha' You Got There? Hmm...

Found this amazing beer called Raging Bitch Belguin-Style Indian Pale Ale made by some smart fellows in Maryland, USA called The Flying Dog Brewery. Seriously delicious!

Happened upon this weird-ass embroidery/knitting store...
...where the strange lady who owns it smells like cabbage and actually lives in the store, also knits things like wash basins...

...and toilets...
...and even patches cracks in the wall with yarn. Which is pretty cool I must say.

Now, if you'd prefer to not talk to her, she also offers some kickass books on the craft like this one. I took this opportunity to get the hell out of there...

And proceeded to hit the eye-opening Columbia Flower Market. This aerodynamic fellow with the charming tattoos, freshly shaved head and, most likely, criminal record is one of the flower sellers. His look is not unusual here when it comes to the merchants. You basically have some of the toughest guys in the world selling some of the most delicate flowers around... and you better flippen buy them!

There were some weirdo's too... like this guy in a wolf mask just hanging out the window...

...And Ricardo, a mustachioed Italian who makes delicious coffee in a "store" the size of a broom cupboard.
There were also some pretty rad folky bands and Gypsies...
...and some rad graffiti.
Heck, even Hipster Waldo there.

All that flower shopping made us super hungry so we hit this incredible "pop-up Indian restaurant" called DESHOON on the South Bank.
Inside it's all made up of "found objects" like parts of fences, picture frames and scrap.

Some of the walls are made from rolled up newspapers.
Cool, no?
But the best part of all is their menu. Holy crap! I recommend one of everything!
It's all served quite cleverly in recycled containers with eco-cutlery and the instant understanding that Indian food can absolutely be considered amongst some of the tastiest in the world... when it's done right. And man, did they do it right. I may not crap for a bit just to keep it in me for a while. Ha ha! What?

Watch The NFL On Your PS3. Hmm...

Wanna be as happy as this guy? Well, if you're into the NFL, perhaps you can be. DirecTV is partnering with Sony to bring its NFL Sunday Ticket subscription package to the PS3. This means that even if you don’t have DirecTV, you can watch every out-of-market Sunday NFL game. Major League Baseball and Hockey will also be available. How rad? Well, if they allow those living outside the US to join in.
