South Africa To Do Away With The Drinking Limit. Hmm...

Before you go out celebrating... according to The Star newspaper they're doing away with the drinking limit so they can enforce a zero tolerance policy when it comes to drinking and driving. Apparently it was done in Brazil and within 3 months road fatalities dropped by 30%. This could be something really amazing for South Africa. Good time to buy shares in Goodfellas or Home Drive.
