For the past few years, TED has undoubtedly become the most important video lecture series in the world. The idea being to assemble the most incredible and inspiring people the planet has to offer, get them to present their reality-altering work in only 18 minutes and then make the videos freely available on the net for anyone to watch and get their minds blown. Awesome, in the true sense of the word. Now, they're changing things up slightly. They're holding open auditions before a live audience, much like American Idol. If you have something incredible to share with the world, but haven't had the opportunity to, this is for you. They begin in New York City on May 24. If you can make it there, well, you know...
