Carlesberg Gets Swedes To Loosen Up. Hmm...

Carlsberg Sweden is on a mission to "unbottle" the courage that brews in typically conservative Swedish people. They've put together a list of missions on both unbottleyourself.com  and on an app available for Android or iPhone. Players must download the app and shake their phone to select a random mission, then complete the task and upload a photo or video as proof. At the end of it all, some Swede will win the grand prize of a trip for two to party in Hong Kong. Why Hong Kong? Well, clearly Sweden's pretty boring.

IKEA Is At It Again. Hmm...

To celebrate its new outlet in Västerås, Sweden, IKEA's long-term ad agency Forsman & Bodenfors in Stockholm has hooked up with Swedish map service hitta.se (think Google Street View) to give people a sneak peek at the new 40,000 sq metre store and then give them the chance to win a few prizes just by clicking on goods they're interested in. Clever.
