What's the big deal you ask? Well, besides it being slap-bang on Sunny Isles Beach (in Miami, girl!) they're designing a glass robotic car elevator, 3 of them actually, (dwarfing VW's 20 story one pictured above) that takes apartment owners directly to their door, while still in their motherflippen car. I'll say that again. It takes apartment owners directly to their door, while still in their motherflippen car. Which begs a question, how long do you have to wait for the elevator? 45-90 seconds they say. #holyshitballs
