Last week Jon Bon Jovi and his wife flipped the idea of a food bank on its head and opened up Soul Kitchen - an upscale community restaurant with no prices on the menu. Where customers donate whatever they can afford to pay for their families' meals. Where f you are unable to donate, you can just do volunteer work around the restaurant. It's definitely no soup kitchen. It's rather posh actually. The food is all gourmet. You don't wait in line, instead you're waited on. They even recommend you make a reservation if you want a table. I guess it can get flippen busy instilling pride in a community. Check out their website here.
