To prove that fashionistas are full of crap and can't tell the difference between high-fashion and regular of the rack, Dutch discount clothing retailer Zeeman pretended to be an unknown-but-up-scale brand "Frank" and snuck onto the runway at Amsterdam Fashion Week, impressing everyone really.
