They're Remaking Arthur. Hmm...

Arthur, the classic 80's comedy with the late, greats Sir Dudley Moore and Sir John Gielgud, is being remade by Warner Bros. Instead of Moore playing a drunk, it's Russel Brand playing an idiot. In place of Gielgud, it's Helen Mirren - actually, I quite like her. Now, this is one of my all-time favourite films. Everything about the original is basically perfect. So I really want to hate this remake, but maybe, just maybe, it'll be funny. Still not sure why it has to be remade at all... oh, right. Money. Of course. Hollywood, you're a slutty bastard. Thank you.
