It's called Papa Sangre and according to its creator, it's the first video game where instead of video, there's an entire world generated using 3D binaural sound. Basically, what that means is, there's no visual reference to guide you through the game. You see nothing - a black screen. So you have to play the entire game wearing headphones and navigate through pitch-black darkness using only the clues the sound design gives you to find and save the girl and then escape. Sounds pretty rad, no? Yes... excuse the pun. Buy it here
