Nestled amongst the natural wonders of The Garden Shop Nursery (cnr Jna Smuts and Bolton) is Munch, an amazing little cafe/eatery with all the food and drink one could ask for and at super reasonable prices. They're open every day from 8AM till 5PM. Do yourself a favour and escape there once in a while. Bring your dog, your kids, your friends and most of all your appetite.
