This time it's author extraordinaire, Nick Hornby, who wrote all the lyrics and one of my favourite musicians, Ben Folds, who wrote all the music and produced everything. The 11-track album, Lonely Avenue, drops September 28th. I hear it also includes 4 short stories by Hornby in the liner notes. How cool is that? Two creative masters birthing a new way to enjoy their art. Looks like "togetherness" is the next big thing. 

Monday. Hmm...

So far so good. Woke up at 6. Worked out for 45 minutes. My heart rate monitor kept screaming at me. I burned up 756 calories, so in your face heart rate monitor. Proceeded to the kitchen, ignoring the "treats" section. Gulped down a delicious protein shake with added espresso. Pondered, umm, stuff. Now to amp myself up for another week of work...
