A beautiful Sunday in Cannes. Hmm...














Hmm... of the day

I attended a talk by Triball DDB London in Cannes today about how social media and digital communities and how brands have got to start opening up themselves to the public for praise as well as scrutiny. They must listen first and sell second and if they want to survive this new social age, and they do, brands must be a friend, be relevant and be in contact with us, always! Above all, only talk if you have something to say! Otherwise you're wasting everyone's time. I know, I know... you're all saying to yourselves, "Well, duh?" but think about how many of us don't pay attention to these things. Exactly.
