So far so good. Woke up at 6. Worked out for 45 minutes. My heart rate monitor kept screaming at me. I burned up 756 calories, so in your face heart rate monitor. Proceeded to the kitchen, ignoring the "treats" section. Gulped down a delicious protein shake with added espresso. Pondered, umm, stuff. Now to amp myself up for another week of work...
