Ever since arriving back to reality (Oh how I I miss you, Italian holiday), I've been waking up a lot earlier. Which is a good thing because I get to have lots and lots of delicious coffee. Like wine, whiskey and yes, even beer, attaining the perfect cup of coffee is as much a science as it is art.
